Tech Retailer USA is committed to making our storefront usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to research products, request quotes and place orders. We design and test the storefront against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we do
Semantic landmarks and heading order on every page, keyboard access to all interactive controls, visible focus states, colour contrast that meets AA, descriptive alt text on meaningful images, form labels and error messaging, and reduced-motion support for scroll and reveal effects.
Assistive technology
The storefront is built with standards-based HTML and works with current versions of NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack, and with keyboard-only navigation and browser zoom up to 200%.
Known limitations
Some manufacturer-supplied product imagery and third-party PDFs may not carry accessible descriptions. Where a document you need is not accessible, contact us and we will provide it in an alternative format.
