Solutions

Security and data protection

Endpoint protection, managed firewalls, email filtering, multi factor authentication, encryption and tested backup, layered so daily work stays straightforward.

Layered, not scattered

Each control covers what the one beneath it cannot.

Backups tested

A restore is run, not assumed. A backup you have never restored is a hope.

Low friction

Security that staff do not need to route around.

Security fails in two ways. Either there is not enough of it, or there is so much that people work around it. A firewall rule nobody understands, an authentication prompt on every window and a backup nobody has ever restored from will all be abandoned sooner or later.

We layer the protection that matters, test the parts people depend on, and keep the friction low enough that the controls actually get used.

The layers we put in place

  • Managed firewalls with rules that are documented and reviewed
  • Endpoint protection and device encryption on laptops and desktops
  • Email filtering and phishing protection at the gateway
  • Multi factor authentication on email, remote access and administrative accounts
  • Role based access so people hold only the permissions their job needs
  • Backup that runs on a schedule, with restore testing and an offline copy
  • Patch and vulnerability management across servers, endpoints and network devices

Starting from where you are

Not every organisation needs the full stack on day one. We review what is already in place, identify the gaps that carry real risk, and sequence the work so the most exposed areas are covered first.

If you handle payment cards, personal health information or student records, tell us at the start. Compliance obligations shape the order the work should be done in.

When something goes wrong

No set of controls removes the need for a response plan. We help you decide who does what if an account is compromised, who can authorise taking a system offline, and where the offline backup lives. The plan is short, written down, and kept somewhere you can reach it without the network.
