Team mapping an application architecture on a whiteboard

Solutions

Custom software development

Internal tools, customer portals, integrations and reporting built when packaged software cannot fit the way your business actually works.

Fixed scope to start

We scope a first usable version before talking about a larger build.

Built to hand over

Documented code and a walkthrough, so you are not locked to us.

Connected

Integrations with the platforms already holding your data.

There is a point where a spreadsheet stops being a system. Two people edit the same copy, the numbers drift, and nobody can answer a simple question without a phone call. That is usually the moment to build something rather than buy something.

We build small, focused applications that do one job well and connect to the tools you already run, rather than replacing everything at once.

What we build

  • Internal tools that replace a spreadsheet one team depends on
  • Customer and partner portals with logins, order history and document exchange
  • Inventory, order and asset tracking systems
  • Reporting dashboards that pull from several systems into one view
  • Integrations between the finance, CRM and ticketing platforms you already run
  • Automation of repetitive intake, approval and notification steps

How a build runs

We start with a short discovery conversation about the process, the people involved and the exceptions that make it awkward. From there we agree a first scope, build it, put it in front of the people who will use it, and adjust before expanding.

  • Discovery: the process, the data and the edge cases
  • Written scope: what the first version does, what it deliberately does not, and what it costs
  • Build in short cycles, with something usable early rather than a long silence
  • Handover: documentation, a walkthrough and a support arrangement you choose

Running costs and ownership

You own what we build for you. Hosting, domains and any third party services are either billed directly to you or passed through at cost, so there are no hidden markups on infrastructure. Where a tool needs ongoing maintenance, we quote that separately rather than folding it into the build.
