Most projects start with a device. A new starter needs a laptop, a growing office needs a switch and an access point, a finance team needs a workstation that will not stall on a large spreadsheet. We hold that hardware and ship it from our own United States operation, so you are buying from the seller rather than from a marketplace listing.
Because we also build and support the systems around the hardware, we can tell you when a cheaper specification will do the job and when spending a little more now avoids a rebuild in eighteen months.

Choosing the right specification
A specification is a series of trade-offs, and the right answer depends on what the machine will actually do. We ask about the software it has to run, how long it needs to stay useful and what your support team can maintain, then recommend accordingly.
- Processor and memory sized for the real workload rather than the price tag
- Storage type and capacity chosen for speed and for backup strategy
- Warranty length matched to how long the device is expected to stay in service
- Compatibility checked against your existing docks, displays and management tools before you order
Volume orders and staging
For rollouts we can hold a standard build, stage the units, apply an asset label and ship to one address or many. If you need a quote for budgeting rather than an immediate order, send the line items and quantities and we will come back with pricing and lead times.
Delivery, handling and freight
Shipping is free on orders over $1000, with a flat $49 below that, express delivery for $79, and collection from our facility at no delivery charge. Desktops, servers, large displays and anything on a pallet carry a handling or freight charge based on their shipping class, and the exact figure is shown before you confirm the order.
Report transit damage within 10 days of delivery so we can raise a carrier claim while the window is open. Photographs of the packaging and the unit make the claim much faster.
