AI agents

Assistants that answer questions, look up stock and order data, and take routine steps inside the tools your team already uses.

Narrow and useful

A defined job with a clear scope beats a general assistant nobody trusts.

Grounded in your data

Answers come from your systems and documents, not from the open internet.

A person in the loop

Anything with a consequence gets reviewed before it is sent or applied.

An agent is useful when it can do something, not just say something. The ones that earn their place handle a narrow, well understood job: answering a repeat question from the right document, pulling an order status from the right system, or drafting the first version of a reply.

We build agents with a defined job, a clear boundary and a person able to check the work, so the assistant is accountable rather than mysterious.

Where agents help first

  • Answering repeat questions from staff using your own policies and manuals
  • Looking up order, stock and delivery status on behalf of a customer service team
  • Drafting replies and internal notes for a person to review and send
  • Summarising long documents, tickets or email threads into a short brief
  • Walking a user through a process step by step, with the correct links

How we build them

We start with the task and the data behind it, then decide how much freedom the agent should have. Read only access is enough for most first deployments, and it is the safer place to begin.

  • Define the job, what it may read, and what it may change
  • Connect it to the systems that hold the truth rather than a copy of it
  • Decide the escalation route for anything outside its scope
  • Measure whether it is actually saving time before extending it

Agents should be granted the least access that lets them do the job. That single habit prevents most of the incidents that make the news.

What it costs

A first agent is usually a short, fixed scope build on top of systems you already have. The ongoing cost is the model usage, which scales with how much the agent is used, plus optional maintenance if you want us to keep it current as your systems change.
