AI automations

Quoting, intake, ticket triage, reporting and handovers handled automatically, with a person able to check every step.

Measured in hours

We pick the process that wastes the most time, not the one that demos best.

Exceptions handled

Anything unfamiliar is routed to a person rather than guessed at.

Visible

Every automated step is logged, so the outcome can be explained.

Automation is the least glamorous part of AI work and usually the most valuable. It takes a process that a person repeats every week, breaks it into steps, and removes the copying between systems that consumes the time.

The rules matter more than the model. We define what triggers the automation, what it is allowed to change, and what happens when the input does not look like anything it has seen before.

Processes worth automating

  • Intake: turning an email, form or document into a structured record
  • Quoting: assembling line items, quantities and pricing into a draft quote
  • Ticket triage: reading a request, categorising it and routing it to the right queue
  • Reporting: collecting figures from several systems into one regular summary
  • Handovers: notifying the right people and creating the follow up tasks
  • Document handling: extracting the fields you need from invoices, orders and forms

Designing an automation you can trust

An automation that is right ninety percent of the time is only useful if the other ten percent is caught. We build the exception path first, so unusual inputs go to a person with enough context to decide.

  • Map the process as it runs today, including the workarounds
  • Agree what the automation may change and what it may only propose
  • Log every run so a result can be traced back to its input
  • Review the output for a period before removing the manual step entirely

Working with what you have

Most automations connect to systems already in place rather than replacing them. Where an integration does not exist and the platform does not offer one, we build it as part of the same project.
