Partners

Enablement and training

Certifications, demos and technical readiness for partners and joint customers, so the recommendation holds up after the sale.

Certifications

Our team holds current vendor accreditations where they exist.

Demo access

Hands on access to the products we recommend most often.

Joint readiness

Technical sessions for partner and customer teams.

A product that is sold well but understood poorly comes back. Enablement is how our sales and support teams can answer the questions customers actually ask, and how a joint customer gets a confident answer rather than a forwarded email.

We take vendor training seriously and we expect the same in return when a product is technically complex.

What enablement covers

  • Product training for our sales and support staff, with certification where the vendor offers it
  • Pre sales technical sessions covering configuration, licensing and compatibility
  • Demo units and lab access for products where a specification sheet is not enough
  • Documentation and knowledge base material the support desk can use directly
  • Updates when a product line changes, including what the change means for existing customers

How we run it

Training that nobody can attend is not enablement. We schedule sessions around the support desk rota, record what can be recorded, and keep the material somewhere the team can find it months later rather than in an email thread.

  • A recorded session for anything that will be asked about repeatedly
  • A one page internal summary covering the three questions customers ask most
  • A named technical contact for escalation when the answer is genuinely not in the material

For joint customers

Where a customer is buying a product we do not support day to day, we arrange a technical handover rather than guessing. That usually means a short session with the vendor covering configuration, common pitfalls and the supported support route.
